BELLA VISTA CASAS was founded end of 2006 in Ayamonte. The basic idea was, to supply the clients a solid and basic quality of building. Additional to supply everything out of one hand. We think that even in this area, where the building industry was booming, you can supply quality for the same price as the "normal" standard.

We don`t have winter periods as in the north. but honestly, winter takes place from november till march - at least 5 monthes. So the way we think a central heating is a must for every villa. And A/C systems are not an option regarding to the fast raising prices of energy.

Small but efficient details are targets: dump protection of building by using the right material, energy efficient building by using the sun and the earth, nois protection by using the correct insulation, security protection important in world of increasing crime.

Since years cars are being build with high technology. Why not houses. We provide you with the highest technique. You can control your house by mobile phone or your computer. Heating systems, security protection via CCTV etc.

And least but not last, we will give you a hand when you have to deal with local authorities, architects, banks, solicitors etc. We have the local connections and we speak "Andaluz"
